I called Holder's Pest Services, and the receptionist Felicia was very kind and understanding. She didn't have any technicians available til a few days later, but with my request, she accommodated me the same day I called. The technician was Mark, who is also the owner. He was very kind, patient and helpful. I had a few holes in my back yard, and he assured me that they were not anything serious. He recommended some over the counter remedies I could do myself. I also got rats up in the attic, plus some holes around my house that needs sealant. He gave me a reasonable quote, and did not pressure me at all. He is such a nice, and honest person with excellent customer service. I look forward to using his services. I recommend them 100%.

Holders are simply great. I utilized their services 5 years ago for critter control and got the entire area galvanized after removing the critters. The critters came back after 4 years which they often do due to smell unless we remove the entire fill in the attic and clean it thoroughly. They offer very affordable yearly warranty which we did not take originally. They gave me a good price to match the warranty for all these years retroactively and saved me quite a good bit. DJ from their team specially deserves a shout out for his agility, professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. He is now helping me with attic insulation project on behalf of Holders working on my quote and I am pretty sure he will again do a great job. In a nutshell, if I want cost effective quality service with professional delivery, I would save time and revert back to them always.

The lady who took the call was very sweet and knowledgeable about the many questions I asked. Then she connected me directly with the technician, Benji, who would be coming out for the inspection. I thought his initial inspection was done in a very professional manner. The quote and his explanation of the costs were straightforward and at no point, did he try to upsell me. The job was done in a few hours and cleanup was also done well. Benji also does a great job following up and keeping me informed.
